Processing Times

Each Emma Easter Handcrafted bag is made with care in my studio in the Rhondda Valleys, Wales.

• In-Stock Items: Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). During busy periods, processing times may take a little longer — I’ll always post updates on the announcement bar at the top of my website if delays occur.

• Custom Orders: Please contact me directly to confirm timeframes for bespoke requests.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Currently, I ship within the UK using trusted courier partners:

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature – usually delivered the next working day after dispatch.

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Signature – usually delivered within 2 working days after dispatch.

• DPD Next Day Delivery – next business day after dispatch, with tracking and a 1-hour delivery window.

International delivery is not currently available.

Packaging

Your handcrafted bag will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition:

• Leather Collection and Harris Tweed® items include a custom dust bag for storage.

• All items are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper.

• Packaging is eco-friendly and FSC-approved wherever possible, with a seasonal fragrance from Daisy Fresh Wales.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with full tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If you haven’t received your tracking details within the expected processing timeframe, please check your spam folder or contact me directly at support@emmaeaster.co.uk.

Collection Options

Local collection is not currently available. A local delivery option may be arranged on request.

Market Purchases

If you’ve purchased from me at a market event, your receipt will be emailed or texted to you if you provide your email address or mobile number. If you haven’t received it within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact me.
