Processing Times

Each Emma Easter Handcrafted bag is made by hand in small batches in my studio in the Rhondda Valleys, Wales. As a small artisan business:

• In-Stock Items: Orders for bags currently in stock are processed within 1-3 business days
• Made-to-Order Items: Some items may require 1-2 weeks to create before shipping
• Custom Orders: Please contact me directly for timeframes on custom requests

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

• UK Delivery: DPD Next Working Day with tracking and 1-hour delivery timeslot 
• International Delivery: Not currently available

Packaging

Your handcrafted bag will arrive carefully packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition:

• Leather Collection items include a custom dust bag for storage
• All items are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper
• Eco-friendly packaging materials are used whenever possible

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. If you haven't received this within the expected processing time, please check your spam folder or contact me directly.

Collection Options

Local collection is currently not available. I do offer a local delivery option.

Market Purchases

If you've purchased from me at a market event, your receipt will be emailed/texted to you if you provide me with your email/mobile number. If you haven't received it within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact me.
