Your Statutory Rights

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, or a repair/replacement thereafter. These rights are separate from our returns policy below and apply regardless of where you purchased your item.

14-Day Returns Policy (Online & Phone Orders Only)

For online and telephone orders, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason. This cooling-off period does not apply to face-to-face sales at markets or events.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused, with tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Return an Item

To start a return, contact us at support@emmaeaster.co.uk. We'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Change of mind returns: Customer pays return shipping costs
  • Faulty/damaged items: We will refund reasonable return postage costs once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please use a tracked service and retain your postage receipt.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Custom products (bespoke or personalised items)
  • Sale items or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
