Processing Times

All orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 working days (excluding bespoke orders, weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Our processing times may increase during busy periods such as in the run-up to Christmas. Processing times do NOT include delivery time.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

UK Shipping

Delivery Service: DPD Next Business Day delivery after dispatch
Cost: £5 flat rate for all UK orders (subject to change based on courier pricing)
Packaging: All orders are carefully packaged in eco-friendly FSC approved boxes with tissue paper and seasonal fragrance from Daisy Fresh Wales

Please note: Orders are dropped off at our local collection point, so whilst DPD offers next business day delivery, collection may not happen the same day as dispatch.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 14 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@emmaeaster.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Damaged Orders

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@emmaeaster.co.uk with your order number and a photo or video of the item's condition including packaging. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
