Custom Order Process

As a small artisan business, I offer limited custom order opportunities based on my current production schedule. Here's how the process works:

1. Initial Enquiry: Contact me with details of what you're looking for
2. Consultation: We'll discuss materials, design possibilities, and timeframes
3. Quote & Deposit: I'll provide a price quote; a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work
4. Creation Process: Custom pieces typically take 2-4 weeks to complete; however, some may take longer than this.
5. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due before shipping

What Can Be Customised

• Material Selection/Custom-printed: Choose from available leathers or vegan-friendly materials. I also offer a custom printed fabric option; however, this could take longer and incur further costs if I need to license an illustrator's work.
• Hardware Options: Select from available hardware finishes (subject to availability)
• Size Adjustments: Minor size modifications to existing designs may be possible
• Special Features: Additional pockets or compartments can be discussed

What Cannot Be Customised

• Complete Design Changes: I work with established patterns and cannot create entirely new designs
• Materials Outside My Supply Chain: I can only work with materials from my established suppliers
• Replica Requests: I do not create replicas of other designers' work, nor will I use any copyrighted/trademarked designs

Personalisation

Simple personalisation options, such as adding initials may be available for certain items. Please contact me to discuss possibilities and pricing.

Each custom piece is created with the same attention to detail and craftsmanship as my regular collection, ensuring you receive a unique, high-quality, handcrafted bag.
